Museum of Black Hole Spacetime Collective/Museum of Black Hole Spacetime Séance, Hampstead Heath, London, December 11 2021
The Museum of Black Hole Spacetime Collective is a collaborative group originating from a painting of the Museum in Suzanne Treister's project, The Escapist BHST (Black Hole Spacetime) (2018-19), a Serpentine Galleries commission.
Members are: Suzanne Treister, Ben Vickers, Kay Watson, Eva Jäger, Cecilia Serafini, James Wreford and Richard Grayson.
The 5th Museum of Black Hole Spacetime Séance took place on Hampstead Heath in London. During the séance we travelled 400 billion light years from Earth to enter and make group contact with the museum. On this visit, as we approached the Museum it disappeared from sight. We made drawings of what we perceived in its absence. (see below).
