GEMATRIA EXPERIMENTS
| A series of analyses of material from Hexen 2039 : German and English texts are converted to phonetic Hebrew equivalents and are in turn translated into their numerical value. In Jewish mysticism Gematria is a traditional system by which hidden truths and meanings are discovered within words. Each letter of the alphabet corresponds to a number. Numerical values of words are added up and are cross referenced with others sharing the same value. The latter are regarded as commentary on the original words. Gematria has been used for divination. | |||||
