IMATI compares British military intelligence files from MI5 and MI6 with information from other sources. Maps and diagrams are drawn analysing links between individuals, sites and histories, between geo-political locations and the development of invasive neural weaponry, psychological warfare and mind control technologies: from experiments with hypnosis, Soviet brainwashing of the 1930s and during the Korean War, to the United States Army's behaviour control experiments of MKULTRA; from the development of paranormal phenomena at Stanford Research Institute and Fort Meade (Remote Viewing Program), to the implemented programs of the U.S. Army Psychological Operations Command and silent sounds technology.
